About the Role

The Accounts Payable officer is responsible for the full accounts payable function including:

  • Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices
  • Creation of new supplier accounts
  • Managing the expense management system (Promaster) for credit cards, staff reimbursements and new users
  • Assisting with month end reporting and GL reconciliations
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to resolve queries

Position Details

  • Full-time maximum duration opportunity to October 2022
  • Located in Lewisham (currently working from home)

About You

To be a successful candidate for this role you will have:

  • The ability to undertake the duties of the role in accordance with CatholicCare’s Mission, Vision and Values and its Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • The ability to develop and review processes for improvement
  • A strong customer service ethic and person-centred approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly in Excel
  • 2+ years’ experience in an accounts payable position
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
